Win Your Tickets To Stadium Stomp - Stadium Stomp, is a unique event that sets you on a stair climbing course within sporting stadiums. Participants climb up, down and around the stairs within the stadium bays, traversing literally thousands of stairs along the way. It's a stadium stair climb! Stadium Stomp takes stair climbing and endurance events to a whole new level and is set to make its New Zealand debut on Sunday 20th March 2016 at Auckland’s Eden Park. We use the stairs within Eden Park and set you on a stair-climbing course up, down and around its bays in what is said to be the ultimate stair climbing challenge. You'll be climbing over 5,000 stairs in this fun and unique fitness challenge. Auckland has never seen anything like this! The event is open to all levels of fitness for people 12 years and older. You can enter as a team or individual and you'll be free to choose your preferred wave (start) time (8am-11am) when you register. Wave times will start every 15 minutes. Within the wave, people will be released in smaller groups thus ensuring the stairs don’t become too congested. Marshalling for your wave will be called 15 minutes prior to your chosen wave time, where we'll do warm up activities to get your legs ready for the challenge ahead. If you have your heart set on stomping with a team or a friend and doing it together, we recommend getting in early and booking your spots as soon as possible. You'll get out of it what you put in. It's damn tough at a pace, scenic at a stroll, but best of all it's something you can do at your own pace because we don't time you. However, feel free to set your Fit Bit, stop-watch, Garman or other device if you’d like to do this. Best of all, Stadium Stomp is set to music.
