ZM brought to you by NZME (“Promoter”), are giving you the chance to win a double pass to see P!NK live in Auckland in concert on Monday September 10, 2018 (“Concert”) with Bel’s Just Give me a Reason for P!NK promotion (“Promotion”). Nine double passes up for grabs. HOW TO ENTER 1. The Promotion starts at 10am on Monday the 7th of May, 2018 and ends 10am on Friday the 18th of May, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). 2. To enter the Promotion participants must: a) Be 18 Years 2. The Promoter will notify each winner via the phone number provided at the time of entry. The Promoter will attempt to contact the selected entries a maximum of 2 times. The Prize will be forfeit after two failed attempts. 3. In order to win the Prize, selected entries may be required to participate on-air. If the Promoter believes, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, that the participant may use offensive or inappropriate behaviour or language, or the participant does anything that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, the Promoter may disqualify the participant from the Promotion and any Prize awarded by the Promoter will be forfeit. 4. To claim the Prize, the Prize Winners must provide the Promoter with their email address, mobile phone number, and confirmation of their eligibility i.e. copy of their New Zealand driver’s licence, passport or HANZ (R18 Card), via email to zm@zmonline.com. If this information is not provided within two (2) days of the Promotion ending, the Prize Winner will forfeit their prize. 5. The Prize Winners will receive the Prize as an e-Ticket or physical ticket to an email address or physical address they have nominated and provided to the Promoter. Provided the Prize Winner has confirmed their email address or physical address for delivery, the Promoter will send the Prize at least four working days prior to the Concert. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will provide all reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Prize Winner. 6. The Prize Winner and their companion are responsible for any other expenses not included in the Prize, including any costs incurred in making their way to and from the Concert, food, beverages and any other expenses not included in the Prize. 7. The Prize is not transferable, negotiable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. The Prize may only be claimed by the Prize Winner. 8. The Promoter will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), due to any changes to the Concert for any reason, including changes to the date, time, location or line-up, any death or personal injury howsoever suffered or sustained, the cancellation or postponement for any reason of the Prize and the quality of goods or services supplied by any third party, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Other 1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by the Promoter. 2. The Promoters’ decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 3. Attendance of the Prize Winner at the Concert is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Concert venue and any other third-party service providers responsible for the Concert. The Winner and their companion agree to comply with all terms and conditions and any reasonable instructions given by such third parties. 4. Participants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites, Facebook pages, on air and other publications of the Promoter. 5. The Promoter will collect and use, for the purpose of the promotion, your personal information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such information is readily retrievable by contacting ZM). 6.
