Win tickets to Royal NZ Ballet’s The Sleeping Beauty - The Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12am on Monday 26th October, 2020 and closes at 11.59pm Sunday 6th
November 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promoter may change the Promotional Period at any
time.
How to Enter:
? To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
o Be 18 years of age or older
o Be eligible under the Promoter’s Standard Terms and Conditions below; and
o Be available to attend theirshow of choice, either: Royal New Zealand Ballet’s
performance of The Sleeping Beauty on Friday 18 September in the Aotea Centre,
Auckland OR Royal New Zealand Ballet’s performance of Sleeping Beauty on Saturday
29th November at the Municipal Theatre in Napier.
? To enter, complete and submit the entry form at nzherald.co.nz/win by providing all
information requested (name, phone number, email address and location) and tell usin 25
words or less why you want to win.
? All completed entry forms will be put in the draw to win. Duplicated entries will be void.
? The Promoter may disqualify from the Promotion any entries that contain offensive or
inappropriate behaviour or language, or that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, as
determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
The Prize
? 5 x prizes of 2 x tickets to attend The Sleeping Beauty and a backstage tour in Auckland and 5
x prizes of 2 x tickets to attend The Sleeping Beauty and a backstage tour in Napier.
? The Prize does not include accommodation, transport to and from Aotea Centre in Auckland
or the Municipal Theatre in Napier, and any other expenses, all of which are the responsibility
of the Prize winner(s).
Winning the Prize
? The Prize winners will be randomly selected by the Promoter at the end of the Promotion
Period and will be notified by email using the email address provided.
? If the Promoter is unable to contact the entrant, the Prize is forfeit and the Promoter may
select another winner.
? The Promoter’s determination of the Prize winner is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
? The Promoter reserves the right to add and change the mechanics or the number of entries in
the draw at any time.
Other
? These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by
the Promoter.
? The Promoter’s decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
? The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize directly with the Prize winner. The Promoter
takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will provi de all
reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Prize winner.
? The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, is not negotiable and may only be
claimed by the Prize winner.
? The Prize is subject to these Specific terms and conditions, the General terms and conditions
below, all terms and conditions on all tickets and those of the participating venues and
service providers.
? Entry to the venue may be subject to the venue operator’s conditions of entry, including
proof of age. Any refusal of entry to the venue by the venue operators will be at the venue
operator’s sole discretion and no alternative prizewill be awarded in the case of refusal of
entry.
? By accepting the Prize, Participants grant NZME permission to use their name, photograph,
voice and film recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for
future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or
remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on NZME’s websites, social media
pages, on air and other publications of NZME.
? The winner grants the Promoter permission to share their personal information with the third
party service providers appointed to provide the Prize for the purpose of delivering the Prize .
? Any personal information provided to the Promoter will be collected, held and used in

? NZME will collect and use, for the purpose of the Promotion, your personal information. You
have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such
