TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AUCKLAND WEEKEND READER PRIZE
- One entry per person. The Prize is transferable to a friend or family member located outside of Auckland (NZ-based only) subject to approval by the promoter, but not redeemable for cash and no exchanges will be made.
- The judge’s decision is final.
- All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of NZ Life & Leisure magazine, Lifestyle Magazine Group, the Promoter, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families and agencies are not permitted to enter.
- Entries are the property of NZ Life & Leisure magazine and may be used for promotional purposes by NZ Life & Leisure. Entrants agree to their name/photo being used for publicity purposes.

- The winning entries for the prize will be drawn 15 January 2018 and the winners will be notified via email or phone that week. If the winners have not confirmed acceptance of their prizes within three days the prizes will be redrawn. Other travel and incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes, are the responsibility of the winner.
- Date of travel is to be agreed upon by the Promoter.
- Prize includes two return seat+bag airfares from any domestic Air New Zealand operated services to Auckland and three nights accommodation at Hotel Grand Windsor for two persons (twin share). Accommodation may not be available during peak periods. The prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in this clause, including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals – including additional guests.
- Flights must be booked before 1 April 2018 and travel before 30 June 2018 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Travel excludes New Zealand public holidays and school holidays – 15 – 29 Jan 2018 and 14 – 29 April 2018.

- In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or accepting or using the prize.
