Win 2 VIP Tickets to Soulfest - Thanks to Rydges Hotel Auckland and promoters of Soulfest NZ we are giving away 2 x VIP tickets, a meet and greet with the headlining act/s and 2 x nights’ accommodation in Auckland.
Promotion Conditions:
*Promotion ends 12pm Friday 17 October 2014, and will be announced on 2KAHA live Saturday 18 October.
The prize is 2 x VIP Tickets, 2 x meet and greet with headlining act/s, and 2 night’s accommodation for 2. The prize is available to NZ citizens and residents with current entry or re-entry visa during the period of travel.
2KAHA reserves the right to refuse entry on the grounds of minimum age (15), for health and safety.
Prize Package Terms and Conditions:
*This Soulfest prize draw is for 1 trip for two people to Soulfest NZ at Western Springs. The Prize includes tickets and accommodation only.
Each applicant will receive one entry in to the Soulfest NZ prize draw between Saturday 20th – Friday 17th October.
The prizes are supplied to the winners by Soulfest Promoters and Rydges Hotel Auckland. Prize winners will have provide their own travel to and from Auckland and the event.
This prize is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Accomodation is not eligible for any frequent flyer (including Airpoints Dollars) accrual, upgrades, companion redemption or credit of tier status.
Employees of Rydges Hotel Auckland/ Whitebait TV / Soulfest NZ and their immediate family are not eligible for entry.
All other travel expenses which are not included are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. This includes but is not limited to flight upgrades, meals, beverages, taxes, any sight-seeing or activities, any additional accommodation, spending money, passports, any travel visas required, any other transport as required to and from Auckland, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, along with travel insurance.
The winner will be advised, emailed and will be contacted by telephone on or before Friday 17 October 2014.
The winner agrees that 2KAHA may use their name, town and photograph for publicity purposes, including but not restricted to public relations and marketing via internet and otherwise. All decisions made by the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Provided Soulfest NZ, Rydges Auckland and 2KAHA have acted with reasonable care and skill, neither of them will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering this promotion orr receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by New Zealand law.
