1) Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the U by Kotex® Maternity Pads and Huggies Nappies Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2) The promoter is Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Limited ACN 000 332 333 of Level 4, 52 Alfred St, Milsons Point NSW 2061, Australia.
3) Entry is only open to residents or Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or over, and are members of the Huggies® Club (Huggies® Club Members). Entrants who are not already Huggies® Club Members can join online at www.huggies.com.au or www.huggies.co.nz.
4) Employees and immediate family of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, siblings, children and grandparents.
5) The Promotion commences on 1 January 2021 at 12.00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and closes on 31 December 2021 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
6) To enter the Promotion (Entry) the entrant must during the Promotion Period enter as follows:
a) Purchase a pack of U by Kotex® Maternity pads during the Promotional Period;
b) Go to http://www.Huggies.com.au/winwithUBK (Australian residents) or www.Huggies.co.nz/winwithUBK (New Zealand Residents) and sign in as a member of the Huggies Club or become a Huggies® Club Member;
c) Complete the online entry form by providing your personal information, a valid U by Kotex® Maternity barcode and answering in 25 words or less “What is the best piece of advice someone has given you for becoming a new mum”; and
d) Press “Enter Promotion” to enter the Promotion.
7) Entrants may make multiple Entries in the Promotion, subject to the following:
a) only one Entry is permitted per purchase of U by Kotex® Maternity pads product;
b) a unique proof of purchase must be supplied if requested for each individual Entry;
c) an original and different response to the “What is the best piece of advice someone has given you for becoming a new mum?” question must be supplied for each Entry; and
d) each Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8) Entrants must retain their proof of purchase for all entries submitted. Proof of purchase includes an original and photocopy of the store receipt for each Eligible Purchase and the product packaging containing the barcode for each Eligible Purchase.
9) Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
10) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
11) There will be thirty-six (36) prizes award during the Promotion Period, three entrants will be selected as winners for ineach Promotion Month. Entries submitted from Australian and New Zealand entrants will together comprise the one pool of Entries with respect to each Promotion Month. The date of each Promotion Month is set out below, together with the Judgment Dates for each.

13) Judging of entries will take place at Red Ant, Level 2/85 Commonwealth Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 Australia at 4pm AEST on the abovementioned Judgment Dates. This is a game of skill based on the creativity and originality of each Entry and chance plays no part in determining the winning Entry.
14) One Prize will be awarded during each Promotion Month. The prize consists of 24 convenience sized packs in Huggies Newborn and/or Infant Nappies (being the equivalent of the number of nappies used on average for a newborn/infant over a three month period), subject to product availability (see clause 17) below) (the Prize).
15) The Prize value is AU$239.76 or NZ$264 (as relevant) and total maximum Prize value (36 Prizes) is AU$8,631.36 or NZ$9,504 (as relevant) – based on product RRP in Australia and New Zealand as at November 2018. The RRP may change and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
16) The winner of each Prize will be notified in writing by phone or email within 3 days of Judgment Date, and the winners’ names may also be published by Promoter. Each Prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address. Each Prize will be sent within 30 days of the winner confirming to Promoter whether Huggies Newborn or Infant
Nappies are required, and which gender.
17) The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged, replaced or redeemed for cash. Each Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute a Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a part of the Prize is no longer sold or unavailable).
18) The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
19) The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Entry process, or who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
20) The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost or misdirected Entries.
21) Any Entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will be void.
22) The Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to cancel, terminate or modify the terms of the Promotion including the Prize and these Conditions of Entry, for any reason whatsoever and without liability to entrants.
23) The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
24) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of entering and participating in the Promotion. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
25) To the maximum extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
