What are the prize details for this competition?
Win with Ports of Auckland Heritage Tugboat Sailings - Ports of Auckland is proud to present 90-minute cruises aboard the iconic William C Daldy steam tugboat during this year’s Auckland Heritage Festival. Take a trip back in time and explore the Waitematā Harbour from the 82 year old Daldy; one of the port’s first tug boats built in 1935. These family-friendly tours will cruise through the port’s wharves at work and under the Auckland Harbour Bridge where the Daldy once famously saved a piece from floating away during its construction. Discover the boat at your leisure, from the bustling engine room below to the wheelhouse up top. Each cruise will be accompanied by a detailed commentary on Auckland’s maritime history. 90-minute sailings depart three times daily each Saturday and Sunday of the school holidays (from Sat 29 Sep to Sun 15 Oct). For more information click here We have a family pass to giveaway for two adults and up to four children aboard one of the Ports of Auckland Heritage Tugboat Sailings during this year’s Auckland Heritage Festival!
