Win up to $30k worth of your mortgage or your rent for a whole year - Win your mortgage payments or your rent payments for 1 year (up to $30,000) with Container Door Terms and Conditions CDL means Container Door Limited. Customer means any person, not being an Ineligible Person, who: (a) ordinarily lives in a home in New Zealand at the commencement of the Promotional Period where rent or mortgage payments are paid in respect of that address; (b) watches CDL’s promotional video in full; (c) correctly ticks boxes about their age , hobbies and interests; and (d) provides their email address to CDL for the purpose of receiving promotional material from CDL. Ineligible Person means: (a) a person who does not pay Rent or Mortgage Payments; and (b) employees of CDL and their immediate families, agencies associated with this Promotion Prize means 12 consecutive monthly payments equal to the average monthly residential rent or residential mortgage payment made by the Winner, determined in accordance with clause 9(b), up to a maximum amount of $30,000 in total. Promotion means the One Year Rental payments or One year Mortgage payments promotion described in these terms and conditions. Promotion Period means 30th July 2015 to 22nd August 2015. 1. By participating in the Promotion a Customer: (a) agrees to these terms and conditions; and (b) gives CDL consent to use the Customers personal details to conduct this Promotion and any related publicity (which may include disclosure to third parties for processing and analysis of the Promotion); and (c) agrees that CDL may provide the Customer with unsolicited information about CDL products and services in electronic form to the email address used by the Customer to enter into the Promotion. 2. A Customer may: (a) enter this Promotion: (i) during the Promotion Period. (ii) even if that person is not the lease holder or is not the person who has the legal liability to pay the mortgage, but must ordinarily live in a home at the commencement of the Promotional Period where rent or mortgage payments are paid in respect of that address. (b) only enter into this Promotion once. 3. Every Customer who enters the Promotion and complies with these terms and conditions will be eligible and entered into the draw to win the Prize. 4. The Prize will be drawn within 5 working days of the end of the Promotional Period. 5. The winning Customer will be will be selected at random using computer software. 6. CDL will attempt to contact the winning Customer email. CDL will use the email address you provide when you enter the Promotion to contact you in the event that you are drawn as the winner. 7. The winning Customer will forfeit the Prize if: (a) CDL are not able to contact the winning Customer within 2 working days of the Prize Draw; or (b) the winning Customer fails to provide the independent verification of rent or mortgage payments described in clause 9; or (c) the winning Customer was ineligible to enter into the Promotion. 8. If the winning Customer forfeits the prize, CDL will redraw the prize using the same process described and another winner will be chosen. 9. Within 5 working days of being notified that you are the winning Customer you must provide written evidence satisfactory to CDL of: (a) your usual residential address at the time you entered the Promotion (Address), including, if requested by CDL provide a statutory declaration of that fact; (b) the usual average monthly rent or mortgage payments made for the Address in the six months preceding the commencement of the Promotion Period or from the date you moved to the Address, whichever is the shorter period, including a letter confirming the same from the property owner or mortgagee (as applicable) and a statutory declaration of the facts. Lump sum mortgage repayments and any payments of flexible mortgage accounts (mortgage overdrafts) will not be included to determine the Winner’s ordinary average mortgage repayment.
