The evening will be hosted by Dish editor Vanessa Marshall and Tuatara's founder and master brewer, Carl Vasta, who will guide diners through the food and beer matches. The five-course menu will be designed and executed by The Grounds' chefs, Ben Bayley and Mike Shatura. Each course will be matched with a special selection of Tuatara Brewing Co. beers. The Ground’s menu for the Dine with Dish event promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience of premium beers matched to fantastic food.
