Taylor Swift Live in New Zealand, presented by Live Nation. Taylor Swift Flyaway Competition PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS PROMOTION SUMMARY 1. The Taylor Swift Flyaway Competition allows the entrant to go in the draw for the chance to win tickets, flights and accommodation for 6 people to see Taylor Swift live in concert at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland on November 9, 2018. HOW TO ENTER 2. The Promotion Period begins on Saturday 9 December 2017 at 6am and entries close on Sunday 17 December 2017 at 11.59pm. 3. Entry is via a phone call to a More FM studio number and entrants must be the first caller through when they hear a Taylor Swift song play on More FM between 6am and 10pm during the promotional period. 4. Participants may enter as many times as they wish. 5. Participants must live in New Zealand and can be any age, but at least one travelling companion must be over the age of 18 years. THE PRIZE 6. The Winner will be randomly drawn, advised and confirmed on Monday 18 December 2017 between 6am and 10am by phone. 7. The random drawn will be made by More FM. 8. The prize consists of; a. Return flights to Auckland for 6 people, from a domestic New Zealand airport. Travel dates are Friday 9 November 2018 and returning Saturday 10 November 2018. It is the responsibility of the winner to correctly check flight times. More FM is not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred for missed flights. If the prize winner and 5 companions live within 3 hours drive of Auckland, they will be provided with $200 petrol vouchers instead of the 6 return flights. If the prize winner and 5 companions live in Auckland, no flights or petrol vouchers will be provided. b. 1 nights’ accommodation in Auckland at a hotel of More FM’s choosing for 6 people for the night of Friday 9 November 2018. c. 6 tickets to Taylor Swift’s concert at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland on Friday 9 November 2018. These tickets are provided by the promoter and a specific seating or standing position cannot be requested. MediaWorks will do their best to have all 6 tickets in the same area but this is not a given. d. The winner must cover all other expenses related to the prize including but not limited to taxes, insurance, transfers, meals and additional spending money. e. As the concert is organised by third parties and is outside MediaWorks control, MediaWorks takes no responsibility if for any reason the concert is cancelled or postponed. If the concert is cancelled or postponed MediaWorks has no responsibility to supply an alternative prize or supply the flights or accommodation. f. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. g. Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those traveling are not changeable without incurring extra fees.
