Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
PROMOTION SUMMARY
1. The Roger Waters Front Row promotion allows everyone who listens to The Sound to enter to win 2 x front row
seats to Roger Waters ‘Us & Them’ tour for the 26th of January 2018.
HOW TO ENTER
2. The promotion period takes place from Monday 8th January 2018 to Sunday 21st of January 2018.
3. Listeners must listen out for Roger Waters or Pink Floyd track, that’s their cue to get into the draw to win the 2 x front
row tickets plus flights (if required) and accommodation.
4. Entry is via The Sound text – listeners must text ‘VIP’ and their details to 339 to go into the draw to win
THE PRIZE
5. The Winners will be selected, advised and confirmed on Monday 22nd January 2018 by phone call from The Sound.
6. The winner will be selected from the correct entries by random draw done by The Sound’s Promotions Manager.
7. Prize package consists of:
? 2 x front row tickets to Roger Waters ‘Us & Them’ Tour Friday 26th January 2018.
? 1 night accommodation for 2 people in Auckland CBD (accommodation selection is at the discretion of The Sound
Promotions Manager). The prize includes room only; any further costs incurred will be at the winner’s expense.
? If required domestic flight to Auckland for 2 people.
? Transfers within New Zealand are not included and at the winners expense.
? Travel dates are subject to availability and may change at any time at the discretion of The Sound Promotions
Manager.
? Tickets cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash
? Tickets are non-transferable
SPECIFICS
8. Text charges are as per your provider. 20 cents per text Vodafone & Telecom, 9 cents per text 2Degrees .
9. Dates of Travel are subject to availability and black out periods may apply.
10. All components of the prize must be taken together or otherwise are deemed to be forfeited.
11. Travel Insurance is required to be held by all travellers & is not included in the prize.
Flight upgrades, domestic flights, travel insurance, meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional
accommodation, extra personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, any other extra transport to
and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are
the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion
12. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of
the winner.
13. No Liability: The Sound and its associated Businesses shall not be liable in any way (including, without
limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with
promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
