If your region is called out by Bel all you need to do is call 0800 DIAL ZM, be the first caller through and Bel could be asking you a question that only a local from your region would know. Simply answer the question correctly and you will win a double pass to SIX60 live at Western Spring stadium.

PROMOTION SUMMARY – ZM Presents – Don’t Forget your Roots!
NZME (“ZM”), and Brent Eccles (together the “Promoter”) have teamed up to give ZM listeners the chance to win onedouble pass to SIX60 live in Auckland on the 23rd of February, 2019. For your chance to win, keep ZM loud and if Bel asks your region to call through call 0800 DIAL ZM for your chance to win! (“Promotion”).
PROMOTION PERIOD
1. The Promotion starts at 12pm on Friday the 6th of July, 2018 and ends at 2:00pmon Friday the 20th of July, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
2. enter the Promotion participants must:
a) Be 16 Years of age or older
b) Be eligible under the Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below
c) Be available on Saturday the 23rd of February, 2019 to attend SIX60 live in Auckland.
3. To enter, participants must call 0800 DIAL ZM when Bel asks for your specific region to phone through.
4. Bel will ask you one question about your region. If you do not know the answer or get the answer incorrect Bel will immediately go to the next caller in line.
5. You are only a winner if your call goes to air and if you answer Bel’s question correctly.
6. Participants may enter the Promotion only once during the Promotion Period. All duplicated entries will be void.
7. In order to win the Prize, Participants will be required to participate on-air. If the Promoter believes, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, that the Participant may use offensive or inappropriate behaviour or language, or that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, as determined by the Promoterin the Promoter’s absolute discretion, the Promoter may disqualify the Participant from the Promotion and any Prize awarded by the Promoter will be forfeit.
PRIZE:
1. 1 x Double pass to SIX60on Saturday February 23, 2019.
Winning the Prize:
1. The first caller through after Bel asks a specific region to call through each contesting day (10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 16th, 17, 18th, 19th and 20th of July), will be chosen by the ZM Announcer to go to air.
2. The Promotion judge’s determination of the Prize Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner is responsible for making their own way to and from the event, and any other expenses not included in the Prize including the cost of any accommodation, food or beverage.
4. The Prize Winners will receive the Prize as an e-Ticket or physical ticket to an email address or physical address they have nominated and provided to the Promoter. Provided the Winner has confirmed their email address for delivery, the Promoter will send the Prize at leastfive working days before the event. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will provide all reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Winner.
5. The Prize will be forfeited if the Prize Winner fails to provide their email address or validly claim the Prize within five days from the end of the Promotion Period.
6. The Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Prize Winner.
7. The Promoter will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), due to any changes to the concertfor any reason, including changes to the date, time, location or line-up, any death or personal injury howsoever suffered or sustained, the cancellation or postponement for any reason of the Prize and the quality of goods or services supplied by any third party, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Other:
1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by the Promoter.
2. The Promoters’ decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Attendance of the Prize Winner at the event is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the event venue and any other third-party service providers responsible for the event. The Winner and their companion agree to comply with all terms and conditions and any reasonable instructions given by such third parties.
4. Participants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
