Win one of three signed copies of 'Monica's Kitchen' - Monica Galetti had a Samoan and New Zealand upbringing before her travels landed her in the Le Gavroche kitchens in 2000 as a young Kiwi chef with little experience of high-end cooking. She is now one of London's best-known female chefs, and Monica's Kitchen is her first solo cookbook. The chapters give you recipes for a leisurely weekend, time with friends and "something special" which brings in a taste of her Samoan upbringing. To enter, simply answer the question below.
