The competition closes at 10 PM AEST on 8 November 2026. Participants must ensure their entries are submitted before this deadline to be considered for the prize draw.

To enter the competition, individuals must visit the MiNDFOOD website during the competition period. Participants need to follow the prompts on the competition entry page, complete the entry form with personal details, and answer the question "What is your non-negotiable wellness habit?" in 25 words or less before submitting.

The MiNDFOOD MenoMora Competition is open to New Zealand residents only. Participants must ensure they meet this eligibility requirement to have a valid entry in the competition.

Winners of the competition will be selected through a judging process conducted at McHugh Media Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 588, Waverley NSW 2024. The judging will take place by 12 PM AEST on 30 November 2026.
