ELIGIBILITY: Chrome SR325e 2018 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all entrants that are at least 13 years of age as of the date of their entry. Employees of Grado Labs and their immediate family members (mother, father, sibling, child) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Users must have a Facebook account and complete the given call to actions to be eligible. Only one Facebook account per person is eligible.
PRIZE and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) prizes will be awarded. Prize includes one (1) Grado Labs Chrome SR325e APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): $295. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.
DATES: The Giveaway will run from February 20th through February 27th 2018. One winner will be selected on February 28th 2018.
ENTRY FOR DRAWING: Entries may be earned in the following way: RANDOM DRAWING: For the end date of the drawing, Grado Labs will select a winner randomly from among all eligible entries. Grado Labs’ decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

If the Giveaway takes place through an app or multple social medias, also follow the set rules given by Grado Labs there (i.e. Facebook page app, Twitter, etc.)
WINNER SELECTION: Drawing Winner must meet the Eligibility requirements detailed in section 1. Drawing Winner is responsible for providing contact information to Grado Labs, for the purpose of notifying Grado Labs of prize.
ODDS: Odds of winning any random drawing will depend on the number of valid entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Drawing Winner will be notified via email or social network. It is the Entrant's sole responsibility to contact Grado Labs to collect Prize. Once announced, Winner will be responsible for providing Grado Labs with his or her full name, email address, and mailing address. All prizes will be mailed out within fourteen (14) days of Giveaway close.
PUBLICITY: Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to use Winners' names, photographs, likenesses and geographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any media throughout the world, without further notice, right of review, approval or compensation except where prohibited by law.
RELEASE: Participants agree to release and hold Grado Labs and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from all liability, damage, losses or injury to person or property resulting from or incurred in connection with their acceptance, forfeiture or use of any prize or their participation in the giveaway. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Grado Labs is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. If the giveaway takes place through another social media outlet as well, those participants must follow the same rules, but do their corresponding call to action posted through that outlet. Grado Labs is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.
Multiple Facebook and/or third party accounts are prohibited. Winners that are found to have entered with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Any giveaway entries that include, but are not limited to, graphic, vulgar, or explicit content, may be immediately disqualified.
Any use of robotic; automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Grado Labs reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason including, but not limited to, any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Grado Labs' reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Grado Labs in its sole discretion. Grado Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for any reason including, but not limited to, entrants tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Grado Labs reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
