This weekend she opened Auckland’s first Kapai outlet in the city’s Queen’s Wharf container village. Kapai allows people to design their own ‘Puku’ (filled pide bread), wrap or salad in a menu that includes ‘Long Johns’ - the Big Dave, Kev and Shaz Kiwi kebabs. To celebrate the opening of Kapai we have two prize packs to give away to Bite readers. Each winner will receive a healthy Long John Kiwi kebab for lunch for five days (Kapai is open from 8am until 6pm weekdays and from 10am-5pm weekends) and to keep the chill off in winter, a pair of unisex thermal long johns from Kathmandu, valued at $80.
