Who can enter?
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who have a public Facebook account.
When does it close?
- The promotion period is from September 28, 2023 (NZDT) to October 11, 2023, 11:59 pm (NZDT).
How can one enter?
- Entrants must comment on their favourite feature of the LG OLED C3 during the promotion period on Facebook.
What is the prize and its total worth?
- The Prize Pool consists of 2 x LG 55” C3 OLED TVs and 2 x LG SC9S Soundbars, with a total value of $9,896 (RRP). - Each Prize includes 1 x LG 55” C3 OLED TV and 1 x LG SC9S Soundbar with a total value of $4,948 (RRP).
Additional Conditions:
- Entries must be submitted during the promotion period. - Two Prizes will be awarded for the promotion period. - Entries may be disqualified if deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, offensive, or taken from another source. - The judging panel will select the entry with the best skill, originality, and creative merit as the grand prize winner. - The winner will be determined based on skill, creativity, and originality, not chance. - The judging will occur on October 12, 2023, at 10 am NZDT. - Winners will be notified via Facebook private message within 3 working days of judging. - The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrant information and disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms. - Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. - The Promoter is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. - Entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, or image for promotional purposes. - The Promoter collects personal information for promotion purposes and may share it with related companies and third parties for promotional offers. - Entrants have the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing material. - The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if necessary. - These terms do not exclude any statutory guarantees or rights. - The Promoter's privacy policy can be found on their website. - Incomplete, damaged, or incorrect entries may be deemed invalid.
