Submission of an entry and / or acceptance of a prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition or accept a prize.
This promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Anyone employed by (or an immediate family member of someone employed by) the Promoter, Cerebos Gregg's or the Promoter's associated companies or advertising agencies, is ineligible to enter or win.

By going to www.whit-tips.com. You will be required to enter your full name, address, contact telephone number and email address. For the avoidance of doubt, no purchase of any of the Promoter's products are necessary to enter.
All valid entries via online entry will be entered into the draw for 'An Epic Outdoor Kitchen', up to the value of $8,500 (see clause 5 below for details)
Prize - 1 main prize consisting of the choice of 3 prizes supplied by Aber from the following list: Gasmate 6 Burner BBQ, Outdoor Fridge, Sundowner 7 Piece Outdoor Dining Table, Margherita Pizza Oven, Square Gas Fire Table, Outdoor Sink and Inferno Outdoor Heater. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.
Entries for the main draw must be received between midnight on 24/10/2014 until midnight on 6/12/14 ('closing'). Entries received after Closing will not be valid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
The prize will be randomly drawn on 09/12/14 from all valid entries received during the promotion. Winner will be advised by telephone. Winner must respond within two weeks of the notification or the promoter will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
If the prize-winner is under the age of eighteen, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian who may be required to sign these terms and conditions as a condition of receiving the prize.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize or participation in the promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use his/her name, address and photograph for publicity purposes including but not restricted to packaging, public relations and marketing via the internet or otherwise.
All prizes stated are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Delivery of the prizes will take place as and when agreed between the Promoter and the winner.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
You may enter the promotion only once.
Late, lost, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible or damaged entries will be deemed invalid and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for such entries.
The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to restrict or limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable consumer protection laws. Except for warranties and conditions implied by law which cannot be excluded, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of any prizes awarded under these terms and conditions.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant's personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclosing the entrant's personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion).
