As part of Sydney’s fantastic All About Women festival, Auckland Museum will livestream some of the panel talks this Sunday from 2.30-6pm.
The first will see Masha Gessen, Crystal Lameman, Mallory Ortberg, Ann Sherry and Anne-Marie Slaughter discuss change: what needs to change, and what they would do if they had the power to change the world overnight. That will be followed by a talk at 5pm with Piper Kerman (above), whose real life was played out on the show Orange is the New Black, discussing what she learned about women during her own incarceration and what she does now as an advocate for the rights of prisoners.
Tickets are $10 each from aucklandmuseum.com - but we have two double passes to giveaway.
