District Councillors, directors, management, employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouses, ex-spouses, de-facto spouses, children or step-children, parents, step-parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, step-brothers, step-sisters, or 1st cousins.

- The promotion starts on September 14, 2023, at 12:00 am NZST and ends on November 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm NZST.
