Vegeta Chicken Stock consists of 11.7% of dehydrated vegetables including celery, onion, carrot, garlic and parsley plus chicken meat extract. Vegeta Gourmet Stock is 99% fat-free, gluten-free, lactose-free and has no animal content. Ingredients include 15.5% of dehydrated vegetables including carrot, parsnip, potato, onion, celery, and parsley leaves.
