? The promoter of this competition is Travel Media Limited T/A For the Love of
Travel
? To be entered into the prize draw: You must fully complete the entry form on
www.fortheloeoftravel.net.nz/competitions.
? Staff and family of For the love of Travel, Air Vanuatu, Warwick Le Lagon and
related partners are ineligible to compete.
? Prize winners are not transferable, not cash-redeemable, non-upgradeable
and the validity of the prize cannot be extended.
? By entering the competition, the winner agrees that the promoters may use
their identities including names and photos for publicity purposes and their
names may be published in publications.
? Prizes are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
? Judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this
regard.
? The winner must be able to take the prize as is, when is, as stated or else it
will be deemed forfeited
? All other expenses incurred with any part of any prize as not initially
mentioned in the offer are the responsibility of the winner. For the Love of
Travel magazine, its sponsors and co-sponsors and promoters will accept no
liability of such expenses and they will be the sole responsibility of the
competition winners.
? For the Love of Travel, the sponsors, co-sponsors and promoters will not be
held accountable for any expense, loss or injury incurred whilst collecting any,
or the entire prize package, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due
to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. All prizes are accepted
entirely at the risk of the winner.
? Where applicable to specified prize, a disclaimer must be signed and
endorsed by any winner upon request by the promoters
? The Promoters reserves the right to use information from entrants in a
database to be used for the purpose of its future business. By entering the
competition, the entrant agrees that For the Love of Travel, and its promoters
may contact them for the purpose of their future business. The entrant has the
right to opt out at any time from any form of these communications.
? Air Tickets will be confirmed for travel upon competition of the promotion and
confirmation of travel dates of the winners
? Airline tickets are provided on Air Vanuatu, return Ex Auckland only
? Class of travel is Economy class
? The air tickets are valid for travel until 30 November 2018
? Tickets are not transferable from the original winner
? Tickets are subject to availability, and are not available during school holidays
except for the last 3 weeks of January 2018
? Airport departure taxes, and all levies are not included; these are to be paid
prior to ticketing (approximately NZD122.00 per person)
? Flights permitted only on Air Vanuatu’s prime Wednesday, Saturday and
Thursday services.
? Flights are subject to availability and in most cases will not be confirmed until
30 days prior to departure.
? Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond your stay.
? The duration of this promotion is from 15 Nov – 30 Nov 2017
? Travel insurance is not in included in the competition, is mandatory and
responsible of the winners.
? Winners will be announced 2 Dec 2017
? The prize pack contains:
? 2 x Return Airfares to Port Vila Vanuatu flying Air Vanuatu
? 4 Nights’ Accommodation with daily buffet breakfast for two at Warwick Le
Lagon Resort’s Lagoon View Room, Vanuatu
? One dinner for two at The Lagoon Terrace to the value of VUV 160,000
? Return transfers to and from Port Vila to the resort
? Winner will have 10 working days to confirm their acceptance of the prize in
writing (email).
? A redraw will be considered if the original drawn winner:
? does not claim the prize within designated time period
? satisfy the promotion terms and condition
? forfeits the prize

? Entrants must be at least 18 years or older, entries are open to New Zealand
citizens and permanent residents only. There is a limitation of one entry per
person.
? This prize is non-refundable, non-transferable to a third party, and not
exchangeable for cash or any other products and services.
? The Promoter / Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of
entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter / Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage
does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
? If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter /
Sponsor from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will
not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
The Promoter / Sponsor reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to
cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
