• The prize for this promotion (the Contest) is 1 * Touchwood 4-in-1 Safety Cot (the Prize).
• The promoter for this promotion is Touchwood Productions Ltd (the Promoter).
• To be eligible entrants must enter their details at https://pages.viral-loops.com/Touchwood-
Safety-Cot-25-Year-Celebration-Giveaway before midnight on the 20th of May 2018.
• Closing date for entry will be 20th May, 2018. After this date the no further entries to the
competition will be permitted.
• 1 winner will be chosen at random by our competition management software on Monday
May 21st, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter. The winner will be notified
via the email address provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize
within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and
pick a replacement winner.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Entrants must be NZ residents, currently residing in NZ.
• If an entrant is under the age of 18 years they are required to have their parents’ or
guardian’s permission to enter the promotion.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Prize winner will be required to provide photo ID in the form of a NZ Driver’s Licence or
Passport.
• Participants in the Contest may acquire additional entries into the draw by referring friends
to enter into the Contest using the referral mechanism built into the contest. Additional
entries will only be secured for the referrer in the event that the referred party also enters the
Contest, and only 1 additional entry is permitted per referred party (regardless of subsequent
additional entries that party may acquire via the referral process).
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any
third party.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions. Entry is therefore deemed acceptance of these terms and

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may (for a reasonable period

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any
personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance
with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the
entrant’s prior consent.

• The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Prize but if it is unavailable for
whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a prize or item of an
equivalent value.
• The draw and the Promoter's decision in relation to any draw and this competition is final,
and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. Failure by
the Promotor to exercise any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
• The promotion is not available to staff, employees or the immediate families of Touchwood

• The winner should allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in

• The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or
modify the promotion or any part of the promotion, including the Prize, for any reason,
including but not limited to if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the
Promoter's reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter's ability to conduct the
promotion or part of the promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions, subject to
