Terms and Conditions
1. This FUJIFILM NZ X30 & Instax SHARE competition (“Competition”) runs from Thursday 18th September 2014 to Tuesday 30th September 2014 (the “Competition Period”), and applies exclusively to New Zealand residents who have entered their details correctly on the online entry form held on ‘WIN’ tab on the Fujifilm NZ Facebook page (“Entry Form”) (“Entrants”).
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other notices referenced herein.
3. The promoter is FUJIFILM NZ Limited (“FUJIFILM NZ”).
4. To enter the Competition and to be eligible to win a Prize, Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
4.1 access and “Like” http://www.facebook.com/fujifilmnz;
4.2 complete the Entry Form accurately and in full and submit it in accordance with the displayed instructions (“Original Entry”).
5. Multiple Original Entries per entrant are not permitted.
6. Failure to provide any of the requested information, or provision of incorrect information, will render an entry invalid
7. All entries must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 30th October 2014. Winners will be announced on Friday 3rd October 2014.
8. Winners will be selected based on Entries with the most votes
9. Only one vote per IP address is permitted, voting closes at 5pm on Tuesday 30 October 2014

11. Prize winner will be published on FUJIFILM NZ’s Facebook page. Prize winner will also be notified by email using the details entered on the relevant Entry Form, on Friday 3 October 2014. Prize winners must acknowledge FUJIFILM NZ’s notification that they are a Prize winner in accordance with the instructions set out in FUJIFILM NZ’s notification email or as may be published on FUJIFILM NZ’s Facebook page, including providing any additional information requested by FUJIFILM NZ in connection with the Prize and/or Competition.
12. In the event that FUJIFILM NZ does not receive an acknowledgement from a prize winner in accordance with clause 11 within three weeks of the relevant Prize draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to a Prize and the applicable Prize will be redrawn.
13. All Entries received by FUJIFILM NZ are subject to verification by FUJIFILM NZ. FUJIFILM NZ reserves the right to:
13.1 accept or reject any Original Entry or Additional Entry from an Entrant;
13.2 disqualify an Entrant if he or she does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; or
13.3 disqualify any Entrant’s Original Entry or Additional Entry if it is incomplete.
14. FUJIFILM NZ’s decision in respect of matters contemplated by clause 13 are final and binding on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into by FUJIFILM NZ and an Entrant about any decision made under clause 13.
15. Each Original Entry and Additional Entry will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt of the relevant Entry Form and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible Entry Forms will be deemed invalid. If an Entrant's contact details change during the Competition Period, the Entrant must promptly notify FUJIFILM NZ of the change. A request to access or modify any information provided in an Entry Form should be in writing and directed to FUJIFILM NZ at customerservices@fujifilm.co.nz.
16. Each Entrant who wins a Prize on this Competition should allow up to 24 working days for delivery of that Prize, from the date on which FUJIFILM NZ receives an acknowledgement from that Participant of FUJIFILM NZ’s email notifying that Entrant of such Prize.
17. Prizes will only be delivered to New Zealand addresses, and FUJIFILM NZ is not responsible to any person for:
17.1 Loss or non-delivery of any Prize due to the provision of an incorrect address by the relevant Entrant to FUJIFILM NZ; or
17.2 any late, lost, incomplete or misdirected mail.
18. By entering into the Competition, each Entrant authorises FUJIFILM NZ to publish his or her identity if he or she is a Prize winner, including by emailing the identity of such Prize winner to any person, and advertising such Prize winner’s name in any media publication.
19. Any right to receive a Prize in connection with this Competition is personal to the relevant Entrant, cannot be assigned, transferred or exchanged for cash or other products, and can only be redeemed through FUJIFILM NZ.
20. Any tax liability, insurance or other costs, associated with any Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the relevant Entrant.
21. FUJIFILM NZ will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature however caused or sustained by any Entrant in relation to the Competition.
22. FUJIFILM NZ will not be liable for any failure to fulfill the Competition, or to satisfy any of these Terms and Conditions, owing to circumstances reasonably beyond its control.
23. FUJIFILM NZ reserves the exclusive right to terminate this Competition and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, without incurring any liability to any person.
24. Suppliers, distributors, retailers, employees and contractors of FUJIFILM NZ (and their immediate family) are not eligible to enter this Competition. An “immediate family” member means a spouse, parent, sibling or child (including step-parents, step-siblings and step-children) of a relevant person.
25. The Privacy Act 1993 gives each Entrant the right to see or correct that Entrant’s personal information held by FUJIFILM NZ. By entering into the Competition, each Entrant is providing information to FUJIFILM NZ and not to Facebook.

27. Each Entrant who enters the Competition must comply with Facebook’s terms of use. By entering the Competition, each Entrant:
27.1 releases Facebook from any liability whatsoever in relation to the Competition; and
27.2 acknowledges that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
