How can one enter the competition?
- To enter, individuals must check the daily announcements on The Foozie website at 7 am EST and see if their name or a variation is drawn.
How to claim the prize?
- If an individual's name is drawn, they must go to the 12-Day Name Game page on The Foozie website, fill in the sign-up form with required details within 24 hours of the announcement. A "gift card code" will be emailed to them at 3 pm EST one day later.
Gift Card Code Validity:
- The "gift card code" is redeemable for 24 hours from the time it is sent at 3 pm EST. Failure to redeem within this period will result in the invalidation of the code, and the entrant will forfeit the right to the free Foozies.
Eligibility:
- The Promoter has the final determination on whether an entrant has a name that matches the drawn name for any particular day, including any variation on qualifying names.
What are the prizes?
- Prizes consist of one (1) free pair of Foozies from the entire collection available on The Foozie website. The specific design can be chosen by the winner, excluding any exclusions mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
- The approximate value of each prize is $25 USD.
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other product.
Winning Method:
- Winners will be selected through a random draw from names displayed on The Foozie website at 7 am EST each day.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter is The Foozie Co Pty Ltd.
2. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected mail.
4. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion and may be used for future marketing purposes.
5. The Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If, for any reason, any aspect of The Foozie 12-Day Name Game is incapable of running as planned, including due to computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the control of The Foozie, The Foozie may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
7. The Foozie reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details, including identity, age, and place of residence.
8. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter's decision will be final.
