Demonstrations from chefs Ben Bayly and Michael Dearth of The Grove and Baduzzi, Kyle Street of Depot, Masu’s Nic Watt, Geoff Scott from Vinnies, Ganesh Raj from The Tasting Shed and many more to be announced.
