Whether you are new to pilates and barre (group exercise using movements and techniques derived from ballet) or a seasoned expert, there is a variety of class options available to suit your body and schedule. A combination of small, isometric muscle contractions, dynamic movement, and smart sequencing means you’ll keep your body guessing (and transforming) without falling into a predictive cycle. Regular attendance of any of their classes will help improve strength and endurance, body awareness, flexibility and muscle tone. What's more, complimentary hot organic herbal tea is on offer in winter as well as fruity, organic iced tea in summer to enjoy before or after class. The Bloom Barre Pilates' changing rooms are equipped with cruelty-free, natural skincare and personal hygiene products to refresh after class. All equipment necessary is provided for classes including New Zealand designer eco-conscious mats and sweat towels - all you need to bring is your water bottle!
