When the well-loved St James Theatre on Queen Street closed its doors in 2007, it felt like the end of an era for quality live entertainment in Auckland. For the last eight years, its absence has weighed heavy.
On Saturday May 2, the recently renovated venue reopens its doors.
On the night, it will play host to A Weird Night Out, presented by George FM, Weird Together, Celery Productions, NZ Music Month, Smirnoff Vodka and Pandora Internet Radio.
