Win a double pass package for WINETOPIA - WINETOPIA presented by Singapore Airlines promises to be a wine event like no other, where visitors can literally taste their way through the major wine regions of the country all in one venue, learning at Masterclasses, food matching, experiencing sommelier-led tasting classes and enjoying exciting live music to round off the experience.
Top winery names already signed up include: Elephant Hill, Villa Maria, Left Field, Giesen, Trinity Hill, Mount Michael, Goldie Wines, Summerhouse, Alana Estate, Astrolabe, Nautilus Estate, Craggy Range, Ascension, Ngatarawa, Lawsons Dry Hills, Mount Riley, Hawkesbridge and Otuwhero Estates – ensuring that WINETOPIA celebrates every major wine region of New Zealand.
There’s also the opportunity to learn from the best, from NZ’s leading wine expert Bob Campbell (MW), Australian sommelier Nick Stock, Martina Lutz (Wine Chambers), Nicola Richards (Monsoon Poon Restaurant), Meg Abbott-Walker (MASU), Amanda Richards (Bracu/Allechante) and Ganesh Raj (The Tasting Shed).
For a lighter view on wine, renowned Kiwi comedian Brendhan Lovegrove will be inviting wine loving personalities such as Russell Brown and Verity Johnson to ‘Share a Glass’ with him and visitors. The event is organised into three sessions: Friday 20 May 5:00PM – 8:30PM, Saturday 21 May, from 12:00PM – 3.30PM and Saturday 4.30PM – 8PM.
