Ray McVinnie, chef Robert Oliver, Taste Magazine food writer Luca Villari and Dr Libby Weaver have also donated delicious recipes. The stunning photography within the book is by renowned New Zealand photographer Stephen Robinson. His work has appeared in Cuisine, Metro and The Listener and he has published numerous books.
