Win a copy of Spice Trip cookbook - Award-winning young chef Stevie Parle and spice expert Emma Grazette are passionate about spices. In the new TV series Spice Trip the pairembark on a trip around the world to discover more about spices and how we should use them. From chillies in Mexico, to cinnamon in Kerala and black pepper in Cambodia, the duo investigate how the locals use the six essential spices we all have in our kitchen cupboards. To celebrate the new series, we have five copies of the cookbook Spice Trip by Emma Grazette and Stevie Parle to give away. To enter, fill in the form below. Competition closes midnight October 31. Spice Trip airs on Food TV on Thursdays from October 2, 8pm.
