beautifully styled cookbook – Little India at Home.
The mouthwatering traditional recipes have been handed down
by the original Little India owner’s mother Premjit Kaur Gill.
Little India chefs are still trained in her kitchen in Chandigarh.
Recreating signature Indian dishes at home can seem daunting,
with complex lists of ingredients and time-consuming cooking
techniques. Little India at Home offers an authentic Indian
experience without lengthy cooking instructions or the need
for specialty equipment. Arjun Gill, Premjit’s grandson and the
Brand Manager for Little India, wants to dispel the myth that
Indian food is difficult to make. “A lot of people tell us that they
would love to be able to cook Indian food at home but it is too
hard. When you have a little bit of inside knowledge, this simply
isn’t the case.”
