Win a copy of Hunt for the Wilderpeople on DVD - Madman Entertainment and Piki Films are thrilled to announce the home entertainment release of Hunt for the Wilderpeople, coming to DVD, Blu-ray and digital platforms September 14th.  Released in cinemas on March 31st, the film went on to break box-office records, surpassing Boy as the highest grossing New Zealand film of all time. Both a commercial and critical success, Wilderpeople recently entered the Rotten Tomatoes 'Top 100 Movies of All Time' list. After playing in cinemas for over 22 weeks, kiwis can now bring this beloved local hit home. Both the DVD and Blu-ray come with added special features: interviews with various cast members, blooper reel, a making of featurette and audio commentary with director Taika Waititi and cast members Julian Dennison and Sam Neill. Inspired by Barry Crump's novel, Wild Pork and Watercress, the film recounts the story of misfit kid Ricky Baker who finds himself on the run with his cantankerous foster uncle in the wild New Zealand bush. A national manhunt ensues, and the two are forced to put aside their differences and work together to survive in this heartwarming adventure comedy.
