For more than 40 years Auckland antiques dealer Yvonne Sanders has bought and sold the furniture and objets d’art that enrich some of the country’s most interesting houses. Deciding it was time to commit her passion to paper, she has produced a book that documents not just her own contribution to the enjoyment of beautiful old things but the work of craftsmen who revive fragile treasures, other like-minded colleagues and collectors and the customers who cherish their finds.
