Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
PROMOTION SUMMARY
1. The Fleetwood Mac in the USA promotion allows everyone who listens to The Sound to enter to win a trip for two to
the United States, to see Fleetwood Mac live in concert.
HOW TO ENTER
2. The promotion period takes place from Tuesday 5th June 2018 to Sunday 24th June 2018.
3. Listeners must listen out for a Fleetwood Mac songs, when one plays they have 15 minutes to get into the draw for
the flyaway.
4. Entry is via The Sound text – listeners must text ‘mac’ and their details to 339 to go into the draw.
THE PRIZE
5. The Winners will be selected, advised and confirmed on Monday 25th June 2018 by phone call from The Sound.
6. The winner will be selected from the correct entries by random draw done by The Sound’s Promotions Manager.
7. Prize package consists of:
? Economy return flights for two people depart Auckland dates to be confirmed
? Three nights’ accommodation for 2 people near the venue, double or twin share (accommodation selection is at the
discretion of The Sound Promotions Manager). The prize includes room only; any further costs incurred will be at the
winner’s expense.
? The date for the concert will be either November 30 or December 11 2018 and are at the discretion of The Sound
Promotions Manager.
? Travel and transfers within New Zealand are not included and at the winners expense.
? Travel dates are subject to availability and may change at any time at the discretion of The Sound Promotions
Manager.
? All departures taxes, immigration fees & levies are to be paid by the traveler
? Tickets cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash
? Tickets are non-transferable
SPECIFICS
8. Text charges are as per your provider. 20 cents per text Vodafone & Telecom, 9 cents per text 2Degrees .
9. Participants must hold a valid passport to travel. A Minimum of 6 months validity is required. This is
the responsibility of the Winner
10. All visas to be organised by the travellers and any costs associate to this is to be covered by the
Winner
11. Dates of Travel are subject to availability and black out periods may apply.
12. All components of the prize must be taken together or otherwise are deemed to be forfeited.
13. Travel Insurance is required to be held by all travellers & is not included in the prize.
Flight upgrades, domestic flights, travel insurance, meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional
accommodation, extra personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, any other extra transport to
and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are
the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion
14. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of
the winner.
15. No Liability: The Sound and its associated Businesses shall not be liable in any way (including, without
limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with
promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
