Bali 2018 Sweepstake Terms & Conditions
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Visit the Sweepstake Entry Page, then complete and submit the online entry form with your full name, email address, and country information. Receive an additional entry for every individual friend who enters the sweepstake as a direct result of a shared link on Facebook or Twitter.
The Bali 2018 Sweepstake (the “Sweepstake”) begins at 9:00 am Pacific Time (PT) on February 6, 2018 and closes on February 20th, 2018 at 11:59 pm PT (the “Sweepstake Period”). One (1) potential winner will be selected at random draw from all eligible email entries by Kiwi Collection Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
THE PRIZE
There is one (1) prize package available to be won, consisting of:

COMO Shambhala Estate redemption terms:
The 4-night hotel accommodation credit is valid until January 31st, 2019. Prize winner must notify Sponsor, in accordance with information provided to winner. Prize winner must present original voucher upon arrival. Hotel stay is subject to availability. Hotel stay only valid at the COMO Shambhala Estate and no other hotel. The certificate may not be exchanged under any circumstances and is not transferable to any other parties. Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional packages. All fees, costs, taxes, meals, travel, and any other expenses not specified herein and stated on the certificate is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Prize winner. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions stated on the certificate or accompanying the certificate at the time of prize award; such terms may affect their use and/or may include expiration dates. Certificate requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or modifications. Winner must present the certificate number during booking through email or via phone call with the Kiwi Collection reservation team for credit to be valid. Winner is exclusively responsible for complying with such terms and conditions. Blackout dates: July 15th to September 15th, 2018 and December 20th, 2018 to January 6th, 2019.
Travel Credit redemption terms:
A Visa gift card valued at $1000 USD will be provided to the winner, and will be subject to Omnicard terms and conditions. Gift card has a 12 month expiration date as stated on the front of the card. Gift card is valid anywhere that accepts Visa. Exchange fees may apply when used outside of the United States. Gift card should be treated like cash; all stolen or lost cards that are reported immediately may potentially be replaced with a $5 USD fee plus additional shipping charges. Used dollar amounts cannot be redeemed regardless if the card was stolen. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID, passport, and any other required documentation for travel to the property location. Trip must be completed by January 31st, 2019 or the travel credit will be forfeited. Travel reservations are subject to availability. If weather affects the ability for the winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of the prize during the schedule date and time, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package. If for any reason whatsoever, Sweepstake winner and/or guests are unable to travel after arrangements have been made and paid for, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. The prize winners are solely responsible for any purchase amounts, in full or in part, that exceed the given travel credit. Travel credit cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Travel credit may be subject to additional terms and conditions stated on the Visa gift card and is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Prize winner.
Soludos redemption terms:
$500 USD gift card can only be redeemed at Soludos.com and is only applicable on full price items. Gift card cannot be redeemed as cash and has an expiration date 12 months from the date issued.
Flytographer redemption terms:
1-hour photo shoot credit can only be redeemed at Flytographer.com and is subject to Flytographer's terms of service. Shoot credit cannot be combined with any other offers. Shoot credit expires 12 months from the date issued.
THE DRAW
The random draw will be made within forty-eight (48) hours from the close of the Sweepstake. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the random draw, the selected entrant will be notified by email at the email address provided. To win the prize, the selected entrant must: (1) comply with the Sweepstakes Rules; and (2) upon notification, correctly answer, unaided by any other person, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. In the event that the selected entrant is unable to answer the question, cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification date, or otherwise does not meet all Sweepstake conditions, his/her prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will award the prize (subject to these Sweepstake Rules) to another selected entrant drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstake is open to legal residents of countries where laws do not prohibit individuals from entering such sweepstakes (excluding residents from Quebec, Canada) who have reached the age of 21 at the date of entry. Individuals from countries where laws prohibit individuals from entering such sweepstakes cannot participate. Entry in this Sweepstake constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these sweepstake rules (the “Sweepstake Rules”). These Sweepstake Rules exempt Kiwi Collection Inc. and other persons from liability and contain other important provisions. If you do not agree with each and every provision of these rules, you may not participate in the Sweepstake.
Directors, officers, or employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members and/or the immediate family of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstake. For the purpose of these Sweepstake Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household.
The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and eligibility to participate in the Sweepstake. Failure to promptly provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Sponsor for the purpose of this Sweepstake must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant, should an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal and other information.
PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By participating in the Sweepstake, you consent to the Sponsor’s collection, use and disclosure of your e-mail address (your “Personal Information”) provided in the entry form for the purpose of administering the Sweepstake, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the Sweepstake winners, and to receive exclusive offers and hotels deals from Kiwi Collection. The Sponsor will use your Personal Information only for the identified purposes, and protect your Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the Kiwi Collection Privacy Policy, which is available on www.kiwicollection.com/about/privacy.
