Who can enter the Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards People’s Choice competition?

The competition is open to anyone wishing to support their favorite community group.

When does the competition close?

Voting closes at 9am on Monday, November 4, 2024.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter, participants must cast their vote for a community group using the online entry form. Only one vote per person will be accepted, and individuals can vote for a group they are a member of.

What are the prizes, and what is the total prize pool amount?

The winning community group of the People’s Choice Award will receive a cash prize of $2,000 and a digital advertising package valued at $10,000 at Wellington Airport, with advertising dates to be agreed upon based on availability. Additionally, one randomly selected voter will win a $500 shopping spree at Wellington Airport. The total prize pool amount is $12,500.

When will the winners be announced?

The People’s Choice Award winner will be announced at the Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards celebration dinner on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
