There are a range of factors that can affect the speed of your internet. Sometimes speeds can be improved with a few simple steps, such as repositioning your WiFi router in a better place. Other times it can be a little more complex and, unless you’re an expert, you might need a hand. Spark wants to help everyone get the most out of their internet connection, so we’re developing some guides and instructions that will help you do some basic trouble-shooting at home. We want these guides to be really useful and easy to follow. To do that, we need to know what you think. You can tell us by taking part in our survey. Everyone who takes part will be in to win one of four $50 Prezzy Card vouchers or Spark account credits. The survey will close next Wednesday 1st June in the afternoon, with the winners drawn and contacted next Friday 3rd June.
