Win a $100 restaurant voucher - Win one of three restaurant vouchers Diners have until the end of March to head along to one of 12 restaurants across the country to sample one of the very well executed dishes which made the finals in the 2015 Silver Fern Farms Premier Selection Awards. The supreme winner will be awarded the title of Premier Master of Fine Cuisine in February. For restaurants and more, see What’s On. The field was narrowed down from 62 entrants who created an original dish using one of the Silver Fern Farms cuts of lamb,beef, venison or SILERE alpine origin merino. To celebrate, we’re giving three $100 restaurant vouchers away to Bite readers so they can try one of these dishes for themselves. We have one voucher each for a meal at Wine Chambers in Auckland; Salt on the Waterfront in New Plymouth and Pravda in Wellington to give away.
