Schedule – Perpetual Guardian PROMOTION SUMMARY 1) Listen out for the cue to call from 3pm each weekday with Stace and Flynny, call up with your pay it forward story (“Promotion”) this gives listeners the chance to win $500 cash (Grand Prize”). 2) The promotion starts at 6:00am on Monday 9 th April and ends 5:00pm on Friday 13th April. 3) 1x Winner will be chosen from the callers each day, five winners across the week 4) Prize is as stated, non negotiable, and cannot be exchanged. HOW TO ENTER 1. To enter the Promotion a participant must, during the Promotion Period: (a) Listen for the cue to call from 3pm weekdays with Stace & Flynny (b) The three callers through will need to tell their stories (c) Stace & Flynny will choose the best story and they will win $500 cash 2. Contestants with offensive or inappropriate content or language will be void. OTHER 1. To be eligible for the free Will offer you must fulfil the following criteri 2. Apply for your Will between 3 April 2018 and 30 April 2018; 3. A consultant appointment may be held after 30 April 2018, but the appointment must be confirmed before 5pm on 30 April 2018; 4. Will instructions must be completed by 5pm on 14 May 2018; 5. Your signed and witnessed Will must be returned to Perpetual Guardian within one calendar month of the first draft Will being provided to you; 6. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and a Permanent Resident of New Zealand 7. The will needs to be of a straightforward nature. Perpetual Guardian reserve the right to charge a fee for complex Wills. However, this fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to work being undertaken. 8. The offer includes one free Will per person. 9.
