Entry into the Christmas Catalogue Competition is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How is the winner selected for the Christmas Catalogue Competition?

The winner of the Christmas Catalogue Competition will be selected at random during a draw held at 8:30 AM AEDT on 26 January 2026.

How will the winner be notified for the Christmas Catalogue Competition?

The winner of the Christmas Catalogue Competition will be notified in writing and by phone within seven days following the draw, with winner details published on tvsn.com.au and tvsn.co.nz within 30 days.

What happens if the winner cannot be contacted for the Christmas Catalogue Competition?

If a winner from South Australia cannot be contacted within fourteen days, their prize will be forfeited, and a redrawn winner will be selected on 9 February 2026. If a winner from any other State or Territory cannot be contacted within three weeks, they will forfeit the prize, which will then be redrawn on 16 February 2026.

The prize for the Christmas Catalogue Competition must be accepted in full and is subject to availability. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
