When does the competition start and end?
The competition starts on 28/08/2023 and ends on 29/10/2023.
Who can enter and win a prize in the competition?
To be eligible, you must be a current New World Clubcard member and complete the required form with your contact details and Clubcard number. New World staff members and those ineligible under specified conditions cannot enter.
How will winners be selected and what is the prize?
Winners will be drawn randomly by Foodstuffs by 13/11/2023. The first 50 eligible winners will each receive 1x MasterChef Mini Chopper and 100 New World Dollars loaded onto their Clubcard. The prize pool is valued at approximately $11,499.50 NZD.
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified within 5 working days of the draw using the contact details associated with their Clubcard. If a winner can't be reached within 7 working days, a new draw will occur to select an alternate winner.
Are prizes transferable or redeemable for cash?
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, negotiable, or redeemable for cash.
How can Foodstuffs verify compliance with the terms?
Foodstuffs reserves the right to verify entrant identity, eligibility, and entry validity. False information or fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification.
What liability does Foodstuffs have in relation to the competition?
Subject to applicable laws, Foodstuffs, its employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or prize.
How are disputes handled?
In case of disputes, Foodstuffs' decisions will be final, and no correspondence about these decisions will be entertained.
Are there additional terms and conditions?
Yes, terms and conditions of your Clubcard will also apply, and Foodstuffs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition and its terms.
