The Prize Draw is open to any New Zealand resident who completes the Hilux Keep me Informed form, provides their personal details in the required fields, agrees to receive marketing communications from Toyota New Zealand, and is aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Toyota New Zealand Limited, Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, Lexus and Toyota Dealership staff, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

When will the Prize Draw take place?
The Prize Draw will be held after the Promotional Period on 1 December 2023 at 10am. The winners will be randomly drawn by Toyota New Zealand from all Eligible Entrants.
How will the winners be notified and how can they claim the prize?
The winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry into the Prize Draw. If a winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm on 8 December 2023, they will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and the Prize Draw will be redrawn until a winner is found. The winners will claim the prize by accepting via email or telephone call with Toyota and providing a delivery address for shipment of the prize.
Are there any additional terms and conditions participants should be aware of?
Participants should be aware that by entering the Prize Draw, they agree to the terms of Toyota’s Privacy Policy, including the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Toyota New Zealand. Prize winners also agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, which may include photographs and interviews. Toyota New Zealand may change these terms and conditions if necessary to allow the Prize Draw to run as intended, as stated in clause 18 of Toyota’s Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. Toyota New Zealand will make every effort to deliver the prize to the winner before 15 December 2023, but this cannot be guaranteed, and they accept no responsibility for prizes delivered after that date.
