Each and every New Zealander who takes the quiz will be having input into the total score and will be able to see a real time view of the country’s wellness scores on completing their own.
The Wellness Quiz, part of Nestl?’s new Choose Wellness initiative, gives Kiwis a score between zero and 100 based on their responses around happiness, diet, exercise, health behaviours, sleep and social interaction. The quiz is at the heart of the initiative and the supporting website guides people in making small changes to help them live a healthier, happier life.
