3. The Contest is open to persons aged eighteen (18) years or older, except employees,agents, contractors or consultants of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter's associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the Contest (“Entrants”).
4. NOPURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. APURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
5. ThisContest is void where prohibited by local law or requires additional licenses,permits or other approvals.

6. TheContest is open for entries on 09/01/18 at 12:00am (GMT+1) (“OpeningDate”) and closes on 27/01/18 at 11:59:59pm (GMT+1) (“ClosingDate”). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Dateshall be referred to as the “Contest Period”.

Potential Winners selection and notification:
12. Oddsof winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the ContestPeriod.
13. ThePromoter shall draw the winners at random from all the Entrants submitted tothe Contest during the Contest Period (“Winners”) for the prizes.

15. Inorder to claim their prize, the Winners must respond and provide, if requestedby the Promoter, any additional information necessary to facilitate prizedelivery or confirm identification, within three (3) days of the Promoters’email.

Ifthe Promoter does not receive a response to his/her notification within three(3) days of the date of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to cancelthe prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve winner selected at thesame time of the draw as the original. The return of any notification or prizewill result in disqualification and at Promoter’s sole discretion, an alternateWinner may be selected by the Promoter or its designee from all eligibleentries received for the original drawing. If an alternate Winner is selected,the Promoter shall repeat the notification procedures until a qualified Winnerhas been selected, if time permits.

18. Nocash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right tosubstitute any prize with another of the equivalent value without givingnotice. Each prize is awarded "AS IS" and without WARRANTY OF ANYKIND, express or implied. Complaints Procedure
20. EachEntrant has the right to file complaints connected with the Contest provided bythe Promoter. All complaints should be sent in a written form or via e-mail tothe address of the Promoter indicated in section 2 above. All complaints shallbe resolved within 10 (ten) days from the date of their delivery. Replies shallbe sent to the address from which the complaint has been received or any othergiven by the complaining party or via email.
Taxes and costs related to the Prizes:
21. Allapplicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are thesole responsibility of the Winner.

Law applicable and disputes:

Tothe extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by,construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada,USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules orprovisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdictionother than the state of Nevada. Any disputes arising herein relatingto the Promotion, the Terms, or the breach of any term hereof shall be subjectto the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Nevada. The remedyfor any claim shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), notto exceed ): $120,000.00, and in no event shall any party be entitled torecover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, includingattorneys’ fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescindthis agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief, and User (orthe User’s parent if the User is a Minor) further waives all rights to havedamages multiplied or increased. Final Provisions

28. Failureto enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect the right toenforce the rest provision herein. If any part of these terms and conditions isdisallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the otherprovision herein shall continue to apply.
29. ThePromoter reserves his/her right to make any changes and modifications to theseterms and conditions, including the right to introduce new provisions anddelete the previous ones. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the amended termsand conditions shall come into effect automatically thirty (30) days aftertheir publication on the Contest Page. The person who does not accept theamendments in these terms and conditions is obliged to inform the Promoterabout this as soon as possible. In that case the person is bound by the termsand conditions which were in force before the amendments.
30. Inthe event that the terms and conditions are translated into any other languageand there is any inconsistency between the English version and suchtranslation(s), the English version shall prevail.
