To enter the competition, you must be a New Zealand Resident and a NZ Herald Premium subscriber. Disqualified participants include NZME employees, employees of participating sponsors or promoters, and anyone under the age of 18 for prizes involving air travel or elements illegal for minors. Immediate Families, including spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, are also disqualified if they fall into the categories mentioned above.

The competition opens at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 15th November 2023, and closes at 12:59 pm on Monday, 28th November 2023. This period is referred to as the 'Promotion Period.'
