2. Complete the entry form by submitting required details such as a valid email address, first name, last name, state, and contact phone number.
3. Participants may choose to complete an additional survey for ten bonus entries, giving a total of eleven entries into the promotion.
What are the prizes for the competition?
The prizes include:
- Three major prizes of a Bosch 18V PowerBoxx Bluetooth Radio Skin Only, each valued at RRP $499.
What are the special conditions for the prize?
- Multiple entries are allowed; however, each entry must be from a unique transaction.
