1. The oob organic sweepstakes promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged over 13, excluding employees of The Promoter and all those professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. The Promotional application will run from 22 August until 20th September 2017.
3. To enter: simply enter the Promotion on oob organic Facebook application ‘Enter to win 3 x $100 oob organic vouchers’. Enter by submitting your email address.
4. No purchase is necessary, however internet access is required.
5. You may enter the competition once.
6. Entrants may not win more than one prize from the promotion.
7. To enter, players must provide their email address. The winner will be contacted on the email address provided if wins a prize. We may use email addresses provided by entrants to send Promotional material strictly related to oob organic. We will never provide, sell, rent, or otherwise give personal information provided by players to any third party organisation.

9. For your total confidence, this photo competition operates in a secure manner using random odds supervised by WOOBOX,LLC, the independent Sweepstake Application provider.

11. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent is available. Prize includes a $100 oob organic voucher to be redeemed at New World or Pac’N’Save within 12-months of issue. No change is given on vouchers. Availability of oob organic products vary from store to store. .
12. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other means (use of multiple email address or including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
13. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value if circumstances make this necessary.
14. By entering, entrants agree that if they win, they will participate in reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the Promotion.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to game play or delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
17. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, terminate or suspend this Promotion at any time.
