PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is HealthPost Ltd, 30 Orion Street, Collingwood, Golden Bay, New Zealand.
3. Entry into this promotion is open to all HealthPost customers over the age of 18, except employees of HealthPost Ltd and their immediate families.
4. The promotion commences on 01.07.2017 and closes at 11.59pm NZT on 31.08.2017 (“the Purchase Period”).
5. The prize winner will be randomly drawn by the promoter on 01.09.2017 and will be notified by phone using the details provided on their HealthPost account used to qualify for entry. The customer is responsible for ensuring details are up to date. Attempts will be made to contact the winner by 08.09.2017. If having used reasonable efforts the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner the prize is forfeited and another draw will be conducted.
6. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw you must: Spend $100 or more after all discount applied on purchased goods on a single order with Healthpost (online or instore) within the Purchase Period to automatically go in the draw. Only confirmed not cancelled orders are eligible.
7. Customers can enter more than once, each individual order of $100 or more will qualify for one entry.
8. The prize is $1000NZD worth of HealthPost rewards points, these will be loaded to your HealthPost account. Points expire 6 months from the date they are applied to a customer’s account. If a purchase is made where the customers points balance is adjusted before the 6 month expiry date, the customers points balance will reset for another 6 month period from the most recent completed order date (if points are applied). This competition is running in conjunction with our AU site, if the winner is an Australian resident they will qualify for $1000 AU worth of rewards points.
9. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
10. The promoter’s decisions relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the promoter.
12. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or the prize at any time without notice.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event.
14. HealthPost Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
