Baileys Irish Cream
Bailey's Irish Cream is a unique irish spirit made from a mix of cream, sugar, cocoa and the finest irish spirits. Each bottle of Bailey's is 50% fresh cream, combined with triple distilled Irish Whiskey. It contains no additives or preservatives, and has become the best known irish cream in the world since it's initiation in 1974.

Baileys Over Ice Cream
Ingredients
Generous scoop of French vanilla ice cream
75ml Baileys original Irish Cream
Your desired garnish
Directions
Scoop ice cream into a glass, pour over Baileys and garnish with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate flakes.
Baileys Chocolatini
Ingredients
75ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
25ml Smirnoff Vodka
Chocolate Syrup
Ice
Directions
Pour Bailey and Smirnoff into a shaker
Add in a dash of chocolate syrup
Drop in several ice cubes, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish and serve.
Baileys Fruit Dip
Ingredients
One tub sour cream
75ml Baileys original Irish Cream
2Tbsp Brown Sugar
Directions
Mix all of the ingrediants together and serve with your favourite summer fruits.
Baileys Cool Raspberry
Ingredients
75ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
6-8 Raspberries
Crushed Ice
Directions
Place 4-5 raspberries at the bottom of the glass. Lightly muddle the fruit.
Fill glass with crushed Ice
Pour Baileys over ice and garnish with the remaining raspberries.
